Program Description

Event Details

Donna Rovegno leads you in traditional yoga poses, seated and standing, using a chair for stability and deep stretching. Accessible to all fitness levels and abilities, chair yoga promotes the therapeutic health benefits of stress reduction, relaxation, strength and mobility. You'll leave feeling great!

A non-refundable $30 fee is due at the time of registration. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks and belt if you have them.
