Join social worker Joy Roberts, LCSW, in these one-time group sessions for teens in both middle and high school to promote coping skills, emotional expression and positive peer support in a safe and judgement-free space.
For Grades 9-12; High school-aged students will work to develop practical mindfulness skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation and enhance focus during high-stress situations, like exams.
