Six Songs: Eagles
Performance by The Arlington Drive Band
Since their formation in the early 1970s, The Eagles have had a tremendous impact on the world of popular music. In this presentation—part lecture, part live performance—we extensively review a half dozen songs by the group to get a better understanding of the band as musicians, songwriters, and artists. Dancing is not required but singing along will be encouraged!
Jack Megale has been playing guitar, piano, and singing since he was a child. He first took the stage at age 10, and hasn’t looked back. When not playing with The Arlington Drive, he can be found playing solo acoustic shows all over Long Island and NYC. He lives in East Meadow.
Trevor McGinnis was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre. He spent several years performing with Royal Caribbean before settling on Long Island. Now a husband, father of two, and e-commerce brand manager by day, he still jumps at every chance to share his love of music. Much love to his partner in crime, Kelly, going on 11 years strong. Truly “two for the road.”
James Coll plays acoustic guitar, harmonica and sings. Initially playing the drums in high school, he started on the guitar more recently and enjoys performing at live events. He has two children and lives in Seaford.
