Learn to make ricotta gnocchi in this hands-on program. Ricotta gnocchi (gnudi) are just as tender as their potato gnocchi cousin, but come together in half the time and are just as light and delicious. While shaping your pasta, enjoy a vodka sauce demo and sampling of this wonderful pairing.
