Every year on the Northfork there is a Strawberry Festival and during the Pandemic Chef Rob came up with a recipe for families to make at home and it is a Strawberry Festival Bread. This is a hands-on class. This bread is super flavorful and moist and has a Sweet Vanilla drizzle on top. Patrons will need to bring- A large Bowl, medium bowl, whisk, rubber spatula and a 9x5 Loaf pan along with a one pound container of Strawberries. (If you don't like strawberries, bring blueberries instead!)
There is a non-refundable $5 fee due at the time of registration.
